Easy peanut butter cookies with just 4 ingredients

Singlemade 3 Ingredient Peanut butter cookies

Only 3 ingredients cookies by CrunchyCreamySweet.com. When I saw the heading, I knew I had found a new addition to Singlemade. Cookies with only 3 ingredients? Too good to be true! But it’s true nonetheless! Even though it took me 3 loads to refine the recipe. I don’t like things too sweet so I cut the sugar in half. After all, we need to keep our lovehandles in check. You know what they say: one moment on the lips, forever on the hips. 😉 And I added another ingredient too. Yes, the touch of salt is INDISPENSIBLE! He brings out the best in these peanut butter cookies. 🙂

And are they singleproof? They sure are! I made them with my regular oven, as well as with my little combi-oven. They regular-oven-baked ones did look better but they’re just as scrumptious, promise! And who cares how they look, it’s not like you’ll be sharing them! 😉
