Mango dip à la Anniepannie

  1. Peel and dice the mango. Add them to the food processor or into a high cup suited for an immersion blender.
  2. Rinse off the feta cheese with cold water and dab it dry with a paper towel. Crumble the cheese over the mango.
  3. Squeeze half a lemon over the cheese and the mango. Make sure to keep the pits from falling in.
  4. Blend the ingredients into an even mass.
  5. Let it set for 5 minutes before digging in.

Tip: Use the leftover mango to make a mango lassi!

Tip: Let the dip set for 5 minutes for maximum flavour!

Tip: This mango dip is especially suited to bring on a picnic!
