Whenever I go to an Indian restaurant, mango lassi’s the first thing I order! It’s by far my favourite way to consume mango!
The best mango lassi I’ve ever had was in Antwerp at Ahaar. And that’s because they finish the lassi with freshly ground cardamom.
I’ve been trying different Indian restaurants, but none of them came close to Ahaar mango bliss. So it became time to develop my own recipe. As it turns out, it’s DEAD-easy! Of course, I add cardamom in the end. It’s optional, but you shouldn’t skip it!
Anyway, this recipe makes for 2 mango lassis. Perfect for a thirsty single, but also if you like popsicles. I usually pour one mango lassi and divide the rest into popsicle moulds, so I can enjoy my mango-creation another three times over!
