Fresh ginger is so good ànd healthy. You should really keep it in stock at all times! The only problem is that fresh ginger quickly dries out, gets wiry and is therefore harder to use. But we’ve found a solution! More than that, thanks to this tip, you can use ginger much more subtly and finely than ever before. This reduces the risk of overusing it or leaving chunks in your meals. Ever since I discovered this trick, I use a lot more ginger! And I’m sure you will too!
